I called Central Homes Roofing & Solar for a leak in my roof. Rep Payton  came out at 8am very next day and gave me an estimate in the same day. I felt like it was fair and no BS. After I  signed the agreement.  The gentleman/men were out at the crack and Dawn and got my Roofing  needs done same day. Im at peace that my roof will no longer leak or get bigger. Central Homes Roofing and Solar did a fantastic job on a roof replacement for us in late May.  We were under a time crunch to get it done, and Simon, the project manager, took a vested interest in making that happen.  He did a phenomenal job communicating and going the extra effort to make sure this job was a success.  As to the roofers themselves - all the respect in the world to the job they did!  My goodness, did they work hard!  Really impressive through the Florida heat and they were very conscientious.  Lastly, the pricing was very competitive and reasonable. I had multiple companies to choose from for a replacement roof. Christopher Woodall has been my roof guru and he is totally awesome,,,, prompt, experienced, always available, does not oversale me in any direction, if they could clone him, they should.
