For a secure, water-tight seal, we use two layers of waterproof, synthetic underlayment. This provides an extra layer of protection from Florida’s harsh rain.

Cap nails have wide, durable caps that create a water-tight seal with the synthetic underlayment. This ensures that no water gets in through the nailed holes.

So, I woke up one morning with a hole on the side of my roof. Luckily it was part of my roof that does not give access to the attic or inner drywall. I made a few call and eventually talked to Central Homes Roofing and Solar. Robert was assigned and came out and handed me a quote. I'm not even sure I got the best rate but I know God lead me to this option. Every step of the was was done one time and communication was flawless. Also Robert had referred me to a financer named SELF, (solar Energy Loan Fund). I'm still not sure who they are either but they are some kind of non-profit that helps with loans for home repair. They also were flawless and communicative and talk with the contractor every step of the way to assure the job was right. Other factor: I had 4 weeks to get he job done before a month long international trip, I could not delay. Robert go the hole covered until the work was done. I took a loan that was just for what the Job cost and the interest was on par with an equity loan with a minimum with drawl of 30k. (you can just pay back what you dont need).... ya but they take points on the whole 30k. God bless everyone. I think I made the right choice. I definitely recommend.

Central Roofing and Solar did an awesome job on my roof replacement, for a great affordable price. They were helpful in accommodating all my roofing needs. And Kyle and Rick(my project managers ) was amazing!! I can’t say enough of how great he was. He was there for me from beginning to the end. They went over and beyond their job obligations from my point of view. I would definitely recommend and use this company again. I have already referred them to family and a couple of coworkers! Replacing a roof is not something that most people look forward to. However, Central Homes of Florida made it a very pleasant experience. My original contact person, Joe Braxl, was involved in the process every step of the way. He was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions satisfactorily, and I had many. He followed up and remained available after the build to make sure everything met my expectations. Mallory, the company file tech, stayed in phone and email contact to make sure all paperwork such as permits, dumpster, etc. was in order. On the job site I felt lucky to have a great crew on my roof in 100 degree August weather led by their supervisor, Viktor, who went far and beyond making certain all was done perfectly. I could not be more satisfied with this company and the work they performed on my roof and would highly recommend them to others.
My contact Jeremy was amazing through the whole process, always keeping me abreast of what my timeline was and what to expect.
