Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in roofing, solar, or home improvement industries.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork and achieve sales targets consistently.
Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential residential and commercial customers.
- Clearly communicate the value of our roofing and solar products.
- Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to project completion.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive attitude.
Superintendent
Responsibilities
Manage daily roofing job site operations and ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate with sales reps, customers, and crews.
Perform cleanups, quality checks, and deliver materials as needed.
Qualifications
Roofing or construction experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites.
Runner
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver materials and supplies to job sites.
- Support crews and superintendents with job site needs.
- Assist with cleanups or light tasks when needed.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Dependable, punctual, and able to lift materials.
Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
