SMS Terms & Conditions
About this program
The Central Homes Lead Routing SMS program (the “Program”) is a closed, internal notification system operated by Central Homes Roofing & Solar. It sends operational SMS to Central Homes Roofing & Solar’s W-2 employees and 1099 contracted sales representatives offering them incoming roof-repair leads in real time. Recipients reply YES to claim a lead, NO to pass, STOP to opt out, and HELP for help. The Program is not offered to the general public.
How to enroll
You are enrolled in the Program when, as part of your onboarding paperwork with Central Homes Roofing & Solar, you provide express written consent by signing the Employee Communications Consent Form authorizing the company to send operational SMS to the mobile number you provided. Office staff add your number to the routing system only after the consent form is countersigned and on file.
Message frequency
You should expect approximately 1 to 10 messages per workday during business hours, depending on lead volume. Message frequency varies — quiet days may produce no messages, busy days may produce more.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan; Central Homes Roofing & Solar does not bill you for SMS. If you are unsure of your plan’s rates, contact your mobile carrier.
Keywords
- YES — claim the offered lead. You will receive a confirmation message with the customer’s details.
- NO — pass on the offered lead. It will be routed to the next available representative.
- STOP — opt out of all SMS from the Program. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further operational SMS. Synonyms accepted: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
- HELP — receive a brief help message with contact information. Synonyms accepted: HELP, INFO.
Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message in the Program, or by asking your manager to remove your number from the routing rotation. Opting out does not affect your employment; you simply will no longer receive lead-offer SMS through this system.
Support
For help with the Program, reply HELP to any Program message, or email support@centralhomesroofing.com. Central Homes Roofing & Solar does not provide SMS support to anyone outside its employment relationship.
Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers.
Privacy
Information collected as part of the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active participants through their normal employment channels.
